I was given my first camera at the age of 6 and shortly afterwards went on a family holiday to Scotland.

I clearly remember taking photos on that trip with my precious new friend, a Kodak Ektra 22 cassette film camera, and making an album on our return with the glossy prints that came back from the lab.

After that I was hooked. 36 the strongest number of my childhood, always knowing how many frames left on the roll...

Thanks to my family, friends, the lakes, forests and that magical light of my native Sweden that inspired me during those years. And still do.

I feel very fortunate to have called photography my job for the last 20 years, being able to work with my passion, telling stories through images.
